Privacy policy

TrackAgent is operated by Devtrone FZE LLC, registered at CWS-1V-209306, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (license/registration number 262411033888). In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Devtrone FZE LLC.

This policy explains what personal data is handled when you visit trackagent.ai, book a discovery call through the scheduler on our demo page, or email us.

Website visits. The website has no forms of its own, no newsletter sign-up and no advertising tools. Our hosting provider processes technical request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site.

Analytics, only if you agree. If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. We do not use it for advertising, and Google signals and advertising features are turned off. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Booking a discovery call. The calendar and booking form on our demo page are Cal.com’s, embedded from Cal.com’s website; they are not a form operated by this website. Details you enter go to Cal.com: your name and email address and any optional details you choose to add, such as notes, a phone number or guest email addresses, together with the time you select and your time zone. Cal.com then shares the booking with us so we can hold the call.

Emailing us. If you email contact@trackagent.ai, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Analytics cookies. Only if you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies on this site (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) to distinguish visits. We remember your choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; declining removes the analytics cookies.

Apart from these, this website sets no cookies of its own.

Booking calendar. The demo page embeds Cal.com’s scheduler. When that page loads, Cal.com’s embedded calendar sets cookies and browser storage on Cal.com’s own domain. These include a security cookie from its network provider, session cookies used by its scheduling application, and browser storage for preferences such as the clock format and the time slot you are booking. These are set and controlled by Cal.com under its own privacy and cookie policies, not by us.

If you prefer not to use the embedded calendar, email contact@trackagent.ai and we will arrange a time with you.

• To reply to your emails.
• To deliver, secure and maintain the website.
• If you agree to analytics, to understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate:

• Cal.com, which runs the embedded booking calendar and form, processes the details you enter and sets its own cookies and browser storage (see Cookies and storage).
• Google: bookings are added to our Google Calendar, and discovery calls are held on Google Meet, so Google processes the meeting details and the call itself.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Our email provider, for messages you send to contact@trackagent.ai.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

We keep booking details and correspondence for as long as needed to arrange and follow up on your call and to meet legal obligations. Specific retention periods will be stated here once confirmed.

You can accept or decline analytics, and change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. You can reschedule or cancel a booking using the links in Cal.com’s confirmation email. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to how it is used.
