Before a campaign starts
Every campaign should run inside your rules.
- Who is calledOnly contacts who asked to hear from you.
- What is saidThe offer details and claims your team approves.
- Consent and do-not-callYour record of who agreed to be contacted, and who must not be called.
- When calls happenThe hours, days and number of attempts that fit your calling policy.
These are your team’s decisions. TrackAgent does not replace your own legal review.
Calling the right people
For leads who asked to hear from you.
In February 2024 the FCC confirmed that calls using AI-generated voices count as “artificial” voice calls under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, so the called party’s prior express consent is required where the TCPA applies (FCC Declaratory Ruling FCC 24-17).
TrackAgent’s sales use case is follow-up with contacts who requested it, within calling rules your team sets. Review your campaigns with counsel; this is not legal advice.
